A PMPML bus driver who suffered a sudden cardiac arrest while on duty was revived thanks to timely CPR performed by a police officer and a nursing staff member present in the bus. The driver was rushed to Poona Hospital, where Dr. Madhusudan Asawa, Interventional Cardiologist, and his team promptly investigated, treated, and stabilized the patient. Dr. Asawa emphasized the importance of community CPR training, highlighting that immediate action by trained bystanders can make the difference between life and death.
