We’re out here in the Pune suburbs, Baner, where the air is supposed to be cleaner, but the stakes are just as high. I’m looking at the skyline, thinking about legacy, and my mother’s heart is deciding to play its own version of a boardroom coup. So I find the guy. Dr. Madhusudhan Asawa. He’s not some mid-level functionary with a clip-on tie. This is the top interventionalist in the city. He’s got the hands of a surgeon and the mind of a strategist. The Execution: It wasn't a procedure. He handled the angioplasty like he was hostile-takeovering a rival firm, swift, precise, and with zero room for error. The Vibe: He’s at The Heart Clinic on Sinhgad Road. It’s clean, it’s efficient. It’s built for people who value time as much as they value blood flow. The Ethics: The guy is a unicorn. He doesn’t upsell you on parts you don't need. He’s genuine- scary genuine. He actually listens, which in this world is basically a superpower. He saved the matriarch. He kept the board intact. He’s the only one in this town who understands that "good enough" is just another way of saying "bankrupt." If you want your heart fixed by someone who actually knows how to lead, go see Dr. Madhusudhan Asawa
